Actions to be Taken at the Time of Claim

In the event of the occurrence of one of the risks specified in the policy, the insured or the policyholder must notify the company within 5 business days from the date of learning of the damage and must act as if he/she is not insured and take all measures to mitigate the damage as soon as he/she becomes aware of the damage.
