INFORMATION ON THE REGULATION ON MONEY NOT SOUGHT BY BENEFICIARIES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF INSURANCES SUBJECT TO PRIVATE LAW PROVISIONS PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE
In the event that the said bank account information is not forwarded to us until the 15th day of June; the compensation amount will be transferred to the Assurance Account or to the organizations engaged in insurance activities within the provisions of special laws in accordance with Article 33/b of the Insurance Law No. 5684 and in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Regulation on the Money Not Seeked by the Right Holders within the Scope of Insurances Subject to Private Law Provisions published in the Official Gazette dated October 8, 2013 and numbered 28789.
