In the event that you cause any action to provide unfair advantage to you or third parties in the insurance relationship in which you have the title of Insured / Insurer / Beneficiary / Beneficiary, in case of any action to provide unfair advantage to you or third parties, incomplete or non-receipt of compensation may arise, and action will be taken within the framework of the Turkish Criminal Code and the provisions of the "Regulation on Detection, Notification, Registration of False Insurance Practices and Procedures and Principles for Combating These Practices" published in the Official Gazette dated April 30, 2011 and numbered 27920.
