Söz konusu banka hesap bilgilerinin Haziran ayının 15. gününe kadar tarafımıza iletilmemesi halinde; tazminat tutarı 8 Ekim 2013 tarih ve 28789 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan Özel Hukuk Hükümlerine Tabi Sigortalar Kapsamında Hak Sahiplerince Aranmayan Paralar Hakkındaki yönetmeliğin 5.maddesinin 1.fıkrasına istinaden ve 5684 sayılı Sigortacılık Kanunun 33/b maddesi uyarınca Güvence Hesabına veya özel kanun hükümleri dahilinde sigorta faaliyetinde bulunan kuruluşlara devredilecektir.
